Andrew S. Bosin is a partner of Stern & Kilcullen, LLC and a member of the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Bosin's practice focuses on the representation of business entities including medical practices in commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership litigation, and real estate litigation with an emphasis on contractual and fraud-based claims, and business torts. Mr. Bosin has extensive trial experience on the state level.

Mr. Bosin also counsels employers on complying with various state and federal employment laws to minimize their risk of employment related claims. Mr. Bosin's broad base of experience in employment law includes restrictive covenants based on radius restrictions, covenants not to compete, sexual harassment, race, national origin, gender, age, and disability discrimination, breach of contract, violations of pubic policy and tort claims. Mr. Bosin also has extensive experience in negotiating settlement agreements, severance packages and employment agreements. Mr. Bosin also handles traditional labor matters such as labor arbitrations and mediations.

His recent successes include:

• A favorable jury verdict for Citibank on Citibank's counterclaims, awarding Citibank money damages in excess of $400,000,000.
• Obtained injunctive relief on behalf of estate client resulting in fiscal agent being appointed by the court.
• Obtained injunctive relief on behalf of corporate client resulting in dissolution of company.
• Significant jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of employees arising from discrimination in the workplace, including claims of discriminatory conduct regarding pregnancy and claim by public entity employee of retaliation in the workplace.
