Brian J. DeBoer, Associate

Brian J. DeBoer was born and raised in New Jersey. He earned his B.A. in Political Science at Rutgers University, where he was selected to be one of a handful of associates at the Eagleton Institute of Politics.

 

Mr. DeBoer graduated from Rutgers University School of Law at Newark in 2006, where he was an Editor of the Rutgers Law Review, and a student representative for the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. Brian received his LL.M. as a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University in 2009, where he focused his studies on Complex Estate Planning and Tax Litigation.

 

Mr. DeBoer has a wide range of experience in tax law. His practice is aimed at providing complete personal representation, from estate and business succession planning to the formation and counseling of partnerships and S corporations. Brian has experience in both civil and criminal tax controversies, including representation before the Internal Revenue Service and litigation in the United States Tax Court

 

Mr. DeBoer is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as in the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York and American Bar Associations.
