Jim Elliott is a recent addition to the Tax Department at Stern & Kilcullen, LLC.

He received his B.A. in Economics from Kenyon College in 1973, an M.B.A.  in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago in 1975 and a J.D.  (cum laude) from Seton Hall Law School in 2004.

Mr. Elliott is a member of the New Jersey Bar and New York Bar, as well as being a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and Ohio. He hold a Series 7 and Series 66 registration.

Prior to joining Stern & Kilcullen, LLC, he was a tax partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (and its predecessor, Price Waterhouse LLP). He was Director of Executive Tax Services at Merrill Lynch for 7 years.

He is the Chair of Tri-County Scholarship Fund and has been active in other local charities, including McCarter Theatre and the Somerset Hills YMCA.
