Jason Lustbader, Associate

Jason S. Lustbader is an associate with the law firm of Stern & Kilcullen, and practices in its Real Estate Tax Appeal Group.

 

Mr. Lustbader received a B.A. in Political Science from Franklin & Marshall College in 1999 and a J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School in 2002. He is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey.

 

Mr. Lustbader focuses his practice on representing taxpayers on real estate tax matters including commercial properties such as apartments, office buildings, warehouses, hotels, and parking lots. He also represents residential home owners in tax appeals, including groups of condominium and townhouse owners. All of these cases lead to frequent appearances before the Tax Court of New Jersey and various county boards of taxation throughout the state of New Jersey. Mr. Lustbader's practice, in the past, has also included representation of municipalities in tax appeals.

 

Mr. Lustbader is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and is a member of its Real Property Tax Practice and Procedure Committee and its Young Lawyers Division. Mr. Lustbader is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association.
