John P. Inglesino, Partner

John P.  Inglesino is a partner in the law firm of Stern & Kilcullen , and director of its Real Estate Practice Group.

 

Mr.  Inglesino earned his J. D.  from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1990. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Ithaca College in 1986.

 

Prior to becoming a partner with Stern & Kilcullen in January 2003, Mr. Inglesino worked as an associate and then director (partner) with the law firm of Brach Eichler from February 1993 through December 2002. Mr. Inglesino began his legal career with the law firm of Hannoch Weisman in 1990.

 

Mr. Inglesino concentrates his practice in various aspects of real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, development and redevelopment. He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex real estate transactions, representing purchasers and sellers as well as landlords and tenants. Mr. Inglesino is also well versed in real estate entity formation issues, including the negotiation and preparation of operating agreements and partnership agreements. He also has vast experience in all aspects of real estate financing, representing both borrowers and lenders in large and complex construction and permanent real estate secured loans. Mr. Inglesino guides his property owner and developer clients through the complicated and cumbersome approval process which exist in New Jersey. He is experienced from both the developer and governmental sides of the approval process.  
Mr. Inglesino assists his clients evaluate the viability of developing projects and structuring a plan to accomplish his clients' objectives. He is well versed in the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, and is uniquely qualified to counsel and advise clients through the redevelopment process.

 

Mr. Inglesino has been interviewed and quoted extensively on Redevelopment issues by NJ biz, Channel 2 News and the Morris County Daily Record.

 

Mr. Inglesino also performs and coordinates development due diligence and appears on behalf of his clients before governmental agencies, including municipal governing bodies, planning boards and zoning boards. Mr. Inglesino represents developers in preparing homeowner association creation and governing documents and obtaining regulatory approvals. He has negotiated transition agreements for both developers and homeowner association boards. Mr. Inglesino also represents clients in the purchase and sale of private businesses, including closely held corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. He also serves as general counsel to many private companies, providing a myriad of representative services, including preparation and negotiation of contracts, shareholder agreements and operating agreements.

 

Currently, Mr. Inglesino serves as an elected member of the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, currently serving as Deputy Director. He is also the former Mayor of Rockaway Township, Morris County, New Jersey (1996-2002).
