Kevin M. Kilcullen is a partner in the law firm of Stern Kilcullen & Rufolo .

 

Kevin M. Kilcullen began his legal career with the law firm of Hannoch Weisman, was a shareholder in the firm of Shanley & Fisher, P.C., and a managing partner of the firm of Drinker, Biddle & Shanley.

 

Kevin M. Kilcullen was born and raised in New Jersey. He went to Rutgers University as an undergraduate, attended Rutgers University MBA graduate school, and Rutgers University Law School - Newark. He also has his LLM in Taxation from New York University. Kevin has been a member of the New Jersey bar since 1980, and the Florida bar since 2010.

 

Kevin M. Kilcullen's sophisticated practice is limited to tax planning for very wealthy individuals and families, including the tax planning for their businesses. Natural components of this practice are partnership and Subchapter S entity planning and transactions, tax planning for the owning executives of publicly-held stock, charitable planning and trust and estate administration.

 

Kevin M. Kilcullen is a frequent lecturer in the fields of taxation and estate planning to the New Jersey and New York state society of certified public accountants. He currently sits on the Partnership Tax Committee of the Section of Taxation of the New Jersey Bar Association.

 

Kevin M. Kilcullen was an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Tax Program at Fairleigh Dickenson University in Madison, New Jersey from 1987 through 1993. While he was there, his primary courses included Partnership Taxation and Advanced Estate Planning.  In 1993, he joined the faculty of Rutgers University Law School - Newark as an Adjunct Professor of Taxation. Kevin continued Teaching at Rutgers until 1996 when he joined the faculty of Seton Hall University School of Law as an Adjunct Professor of Taxation, until 2001. Kevin is a past member of the board of trustees of both the Kindle A Spark Foundation, Inc., and the Summit Speech School, and a past member of the Board of Visitors of Seton Hall University School of Law.
