Paul M. De Lisi is a Partner in Stern & Kilcullen's Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and lending/financing. Mr. De Lisi represents property owners, developers and lenders in the acquisition, sale or finance of commercial properties. Prior representations include a $600,000,000 waterfront redevelopment project; $155,000,000 acquisition of a multi-family apartment complex portfolio; acquisition and construction financing in excess of $100,000,000 for the initial phase of a multi-phase development; $90,000,000 acquisition financing of a corporate campus; and, numerous other transactions involving office buildings, residential apartment complexes, hotels, shopping malls, light industrial properties and other similar commercial properties. Mr. De Lisi is experienced in commercial lease transactions, structured and mezzanine financing, IRC Section 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges, and frequently counsels clients regarding title and environmental issues.

Mr. De Lisi is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D.1990) and his B.A. from the University of Richmond (1987).
